still inhabited by saints. Since the Swamiji appears in kala (black) kumble
(blanket), the ashram is also known as Kale Kumbli Wale. The ashram also
encompasses plenty of stores and restaurants.

Jantar Mantar : Constructed in 1724. Maharaja Jai Singh of Jaipur
who built this observatory went on to build other observatories in Ujjain,
Varanasi and Mathura. Jai Singh had found the existing astronomical and so
he built these larger and more accurate instruments.
Amber Fort : Amber is located at a distance of 11 kilometers from
Jaipur and was the old fort of the Kachhwaha clan of Amber, which used to be
the capital, till it was moved to Jaipur. The construction of the Amber Fort
began in the year 1592 and was started by Man Singh I, but it was finished
by his descendant Jai Singh I. The exterior of the Fort is not in the least
like its interiors.
